SFA Update 79 – FE Public Information Framework and Learner Satisfaction Survey 2011/12

The new FE Public Information Framework will make use of the existing Framework for Excellence performance indicators (PIs), including the Learner and Employer surveys.

Following market research, and in consultation with the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, it has been confirmed that the surveys will be renamed Learner Satisfaction Survey and Employer Satisfaction Survey.

The Learner Satisfaction Survey for 2011/12 will run from 14 November 2011 to 25 May 2012. Information about the key dates and actions for the survey will be available on the Skills Funding Agency website in early November.

Providers in scope for the survey will receive an email during the week commencing 24 October providing you with the unique password necessary to access organisation-specific information on the Provider Extranet, which will help you to administer the survey successfully.
